Grant Masom


In his role as Chairman, Grant provides strategic oversight to the board and contributes his extensive experience in both executive and non-executive roles of successfully growing technology-based businesses.


He has chaired 11 companies and served as a non-executive director of four others, assisting with a total of ten successful exits. Grant’s industry experience includes software, telecommunications, networking, IT services, distribution, and marketing services, and has consulted for and advised a number of venture capital and private equity firms.

During the 1990s, Grant was the Chief Executive of two venture-backed network services business, Tricom Communications and GADC Networks, and led both to successful trade sales. From 2001 to 2007, he was chairman of Amino Technologies, leading the company to a successful flotation and worldwide market leadership in delivery of TV services over IP networks. Grant joined Intamac in 2013.
