The how
Ours is a turnkey enterprise solution enabling large service providers to deploy branded services in different languages with full technical support modules including billing, CRM, and tech support tools. Where required it can be linked with OSS/BSS back-office functions. By putting the intelligence in the cloud and allowing integration through an API/SDK layer we make it easy for both end users and potential partners to adopt our technology solutions. This gives our B2B partners a fast, low-cost and low risk opportunity to deploy new products and services into new areas.
The why
The 'internet of things' is very much a reality now and with the introduction of IPv6 there is huge potential for growth in the market. The opportunity is great, broadband subscriptions are consistently and rapidly increasing, but as network speeds increase and prices fall in what is an increasingly competitive market, consumers will make purchase decisions based on added value services, seeking suppliers with the most competitive package. Currently only 8% of homes in Europe have home monitoring, and we see this as another opportunity for Telco's to exploit by moving quickly to market. Traditionally home monitoring systems have been slightly inhibited by technology, but now all the ingredients seem to be there to enable a more mass market adoption.
Our flexible Value Added Services delivered over broadband allow for more frequent and higher quality engagement and interaction with end users, thus improving subscriber retention rates, and with services that are easily scaled ARPU growth will occur.
