Engaging the consumer
Engaging end users is an extremely important part of what we do. Whilst our customers are the global Telco's, Utilities and Security organisations, we are aware that we are still, ultimately, providing services and products for the consumer market. Therefore with everything that we do we endeavour to provide an excellent user experience. This involves knowing the consumer, understanding their wants and needs and providing a service around them.
When approaching any project we follow the same process to ensure high quality and a user centric output.
Research
This often involves working with our partners to understand the wants and needs of their end users. This way we can start to tailor the services that we can offer to meet the specific needs of the user.
Plan
The planning process is an extensive one and allows us to thoroughly document every aspect of the project so that it can be executed accurately. We not only plan out the technical interactions that happen between devices and the platform, but also all of the user interactions from the start of their journey with your brand right until they are fully immersed with it, and engaged with the services they have subscribed to.
Test Market & Go to Market
Testing occurs in-house as well as with small trials of 'friendly' users before rolling out to a larger, but still limited, section of the public. Once all testing has been carried out and both Intamac and our partner are happy with the results, then we will move to launch.
Relationship Building
The process does not stop once the proposition has gone to a live launch. It is important that we learn from feedback from consumers beyond the launch so that we may continuously learn and innovate. This is crucial when taking into account that our services can easily be scaled up and added to.
