He has chaired 11 companies and served as a non-executive director of four others, assisting with a total of ten successful exits. Grant’s industry experience includes software, telecommunications, networking, IT services, distribution, and marketing services, and has consulted for and advised a number of venture capital and private equity firms.

During the 1990s, Grant was the Chief Executive of two venture-backed network services business, Tricom Communications and GADC Networks, and led both to successful trade sales. From 2001 to 2007, he was chairman of Amino Technologies, leading the company to a successful flotation and worldwide market leadership in delivery of TV services over IP networks. Grant joined Intamac in 2013.

worked in sales and business development roles within high growth service companies. This included running the US operations of a top five global telecommunications business with direct responsibility for revenues in excess of $150m.

He has held various senior sales management roles for Vanco UK, and was the VP for Global Sales and Director of Business Development based in London. Between 2003 and 2005, David created and managed a strategic overlay sales team across all of Vanco Group’s European divisions that generated over $200 million in new contracts in less than two years.

Anthony Jones

CFO

Anthony is CFO of Intamac, and has over 20 years experience at Board level in high growth technology focused businesses trading worldwide. Anthony was CFO for ip.access, the world’s leader in small cell technology for mobile.

Mark’s career began with Technology PLC (now Fujitsu), after which he helped launch a start-up business providing IT asset management services, winning contracts valued at more than £10m with a blue chip client list. He then joined managed network service provider Vanco in 2001 and became UK Sales Director from 2005-2008. During this time, Mark was responsible for generating new contract revenues in excess of £100m.

Between 2008 and 2010, Mark was UK and Nordics Sales Director with Reliance, a top five global telecommunications provider, before joining Easynet (formerly part of BSkyB) as Head of UK Sales before joining Intamac in 2012.

Matthew Balchin

Matthew’s previous background is in delivering embedded software solutions in the fixed and mobile telecommunications industry as well as cloud and backend solutions for broadcast media. He has a strong background in modern software development practices and in particular, Agile methodologies and in software process transformation.

Matthew’s previous roles include 10 years with Symbian and Nokia, developing cutting edge technology in the networking, graphics and touch technologies, driving industry Agile practice and building tightly collaborating global development teams . Prior to joining Intamac, Matthew headed the engineering and operations function at Forbidden Technologies Plc, delivering resilient cloud solutions to video post-production
