Allen Timpany
Allen Timpany is recognised as one of the UK’s leading serial entrepreneurs. In 1980 he established Guestel Limited, one of the first importers of Apple computers into the UK, which he sold to Phillips Electronics in 1984. Later that year he founded Wakebourne Limited, which specialised in a new evolving technology of Local Area Networks. Wakebourne was sold in 1989 for $30m. In 1988 Allen founded Vanco, the company that pioneered the asset-light approach to global data networking. Allen coined the term ‘Virtual Network Operator’, which has now become a Global industry standard in both the fixed and mobile phone markets. By 2007 revenues had grown to $400m. Vanco trades in over 160 countries of the world and is now owned by Reliance Infocom the Indian multinational. Allen was recently a finalist in the World Communications Awards 'Most Influential Person' alongside Steve Jobs and eventual winner Eric Schmidt of Google, and was listed 6th in Management Today's Top 100 UK Entrepreneurs in January 2007. Outside his business life, his main passion outside business is motor racing. In 2007 he raced in the American and European Le Mans Series; the highlight being 1st in class, in the world famous Le Mans 24hr race.

David Perez
David has more than 16 years experience in various senior leadership roles in the technology sector; working largely in high growth services companies and more latterly with a leading global telecommunications business. In his early career David held various senior management roles for Vanco UK including VP for Global Sales and Director of Business Development based in London. From 2003 to 2005 he established and managed a Strategic Overlay Sales Team across all European Divisions for Vanco Group which generated over $200 million in new contracts in less than 2 years. During the last six years he has held general management and P&L responsibilities in two roles based in the US; initially as CEO for Vanco US where he helped establish the business during its start up phase delivering year on year growth in excess of 70% and revenues of $90M. From 2009 to 2011 David was Senior Vice President for Reliance Globalcom’s North American business with responsibility for $150M in Revenues and circa 200 employees. David was instrumental in the on-going process of integrating and rationalizing three recent acquisitions. Reliance Globalcom is part of the Reliance ADA Group, a multibillion USD conglomerate based in Mumbai, India.

Tony Burton
Tony is Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer for the Company. He trained as a teacher and became one of the youngest Head Masters in the country. Following his Masters degree at Birmingham University he joined the RAF as a Training Officer. Towards the end of his military career he completed the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants examinations to become one of a handful of uniformed Management Accountants. He left the RAF in September 2002 to join Intamac. In his spare time he maintains a passion for all sport, in particular following cricket and rugby and playing golf.

Keith Donovan
Keith has over 25 year experience in the Security Industry, having worked with blue-chip organizations such as Racal & Chubb. He joined Intamac from Visonic UK Limited, where he had been the Managing Director for 11 years. In this role, Keith was responsible for creation and implementation of key business strategy for the UK, and was a core member of the team which took Visonic to IPO. He was the driving force in successfully establishing the business as a recognised force in the UK wireless alarms market, and played an instrumental role in winning new corporate partner accounts, including BT and Bell. Keith’s interests include Classical music, cycling & running, and he is in the process of converting a 17th Century Barn.

John McEwan
A founder member of Intamac, John is responsible for the design, development and implementation of both hardware and software on the Intamac platform. His previous experience includes 10 years involvement in the design and management of EDI and web based applications for major insurance companies which enabled insurance brokers to manage their business remotely. During his time at Intamac John has built up vast experience in designing and managing the web portals and monitoring software which integrate the multitude of devices that can be connected to the Intamac service as well as being heavily involved in the system architecture of the platform.
