Based in the UK and founded in 2001, Intamac's innovative solutions have been constantly ahead of the curve and have helped shape the market as it is today. Intamac's solutions have been tried, tested and refined over the years and are robust and reliable, delivering the desired results for channel partners around the world.

The Intamac platform is based on open standards and can be adapted for almost any communicating device to permit two-way monitoring and control.

  • 350 Investment Partners

    350 Investment Partners LLP actively engages with entrepreneurs to build successful clean energy businesses. They invest in innovative, high-growth companies early in their lifecycles.

    350 Investment Partners advises the Carbon Trust on its clean energy venture capital investment activities and manages the North West Fund for Energy and Environmental. This role encompasses identifying appropriate investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, negotiating and structuring the transactions, and monitoring and managing the investments until exit.


  • Seraphim

    Seraphim is a London based venture capital fund that invests and supports high growth, early stage UK businesses. The Fund has been created through a collaboration of leading business angel networks. This provides the Fund access to a unique network of more than 1,000 leading business angels, consisting of some of the most successful and influential business leaders from across both the UK and America. “As broadband has become commoditised, telcos around the world are now desperate to find new products and services to try and shore up declining revenues and combat churn. Having already been proven to reduce churn with some of the world's leading telcos, Intamac’s technology is perfectly aligned with these needs.   • Chandos Fund

    The Chandos Fund is a new private equity fund managed by YFM Private Equity that invests in high growth businesses located in the UK. YFM Private Equity is part of the YFM Group. With over £300 million of funds under management, 10 offices and in excess of 40 investment staff, YFM is the most active investor in UK SMEs.


  • Octopus Investments

    Octopus Investments is an an award-winning, market-leading fund known for service and innovation. They exploit a mix of Venture Capital Trusts (VCT), Enterprise Investment Schemes (EIS) and Inheritance Tax (IHT) investment solutions, to make investments in early stage UK companies.


  • Catapult

    Catapult has a broad portfolio of investments from early stage, through development capital to MBO/MBIs. Since 1999 they have invested in over 65 companies, providing initial and further follow on requirements.

Grant Masom


Grant Masom has wide experience in both executive and non-executive roles of successfully growing technology-based businesses.


In the 1990’s, he was Chief Executive of two venture-backed network services business, Tricom Communications and GADC Networks, leading both to successful trade sale exits. Since then, he has chaired 11 companies, and served as a non-executive director of 4 others, achieving a further 8 exits, most recently in 2011. From 2001 to 2007, he was chairman of Amino Technologies, leading the company to a successful flotation and worldwide market leadership in delivery of TV services over IP networks. His industry experience includes software, telecommunications, networking, IT services, distribution, and marketing services, and has consulted for and advised a number of venture capital and private equity firms.

David Perez


Has more than 16 years experience in various senior leadership roles in the technology sector; working for the best part of his career in high growth service... 


...companies, and more latterly with a top 5 global Telecommunications business in the US with direct responsibility for revenues in excess of $150M. Prior to this, David held various senior sales management roles for Vanco UK including VP for Global Sales and Director of Business Development based in London. From 2003 to 2005 he established and managed a Strategic Overlay Sales Team across all European Divisions for Vanco Group which generated over $200 million in new contracts in less than 2 years.

Tony portrait

Tony Burton

Company Secretary

Tony is Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer for the Company. He trained as a teacher and became one of the youngest Head Masters in the country.


Following his Masters degree at Birmingham University he joined the RAF as a Training Officer. Towards the end of his military career he completed the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants examinations to become one of a handful of uniformed Management Accountants. He left the RAF in September 2002 to join Intamac. In his spare time he maintains a passion for all sport, in particular following cricket and rugby and playing golf.

Mark Lee

Commercial Director

Mark has a wealth of experience spanning more than 20 years in both the telecommunications and technology sectors. He started his career... 


...with Technology PLC (now Fujitsu), leaving to establish a start-up providing IT Asset Management services winning contracts valued at more than £10M with a blue chip client list. Mark joined managed network service provider Vanco in 2001 and became UK Sales Director from 2005-2008 and was responsible for generating new contract revenues in excess of £100M. He was UK and Nordics Sales Director with a top 5 global telecommunications provider from 2008 to 2010 before joining Easynet (formerly part of BSkyB) as Head of UK Sales where he was responsible for New Business, Account Management and Public Sector. He left Easynet in December 2011 to join Intamac. Mark is married with 2 children and lives in Cheshire.

John McEwan

Technical Director

A founder member of Intamac, John is responsible for the design, development and implementation of both hardware and software on the Intamac platform. 


His previous experience includes 10 years involvement in the design and management of EDI and web based applications for major insurance companies which enabled insurance brokers to manage their business remotely. During his time at Intamac John has built up vast experience in designing and managing the web portals and monitoring software which integrate the multitude of devices that can be connected to the Intamac service as well as being heavily involved in the system architecture of the platform.
